How long Is shipping ?

Typically Orders take anywhere from 2 - 3 business days to arrive after it has been processed. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, we are experiencing extended delays in our shipping periods.

 

How long is Processing ?

For Our hair Care products expect at minimum five business days. Our products are made fresh to order and of the highest quality of ingredients.

Due to the pandemic please allow at minimum 7 businesses days for processing  

We do not work on the weekends 

How Long will it take to receive a tracking number ?

After the processing period, you will receive a tracking number. Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are experiencing significant delays with our USPS shipping process such as transit, scans and deliveries. Unfortunately, we have no control over the USPS system.

 

What if my order is in transit ?

Once your order has been releases to United States Postal Service (USPS), we are no longer responsible for it. You must contact your local USPS for more information and updates regarding the status of your order.

Can I return or exchange my order after it has been delivered ?

Absolutely not. Given the nature of our business, we do not accept returns nor exchanges what so ever. Please read the descriptions of all of our products, wigs and other accessories prior to purchasing.

 

My Package is lost or delayed can I have a refund ?

Once, you order is in possession of the United States Postal Services (USPS), We are no longer responsible for it and we will not provided any refunds what so ever. We are not responsible for lost or damage packages.  You must contact your local USPS and take the necessary steps to retrieve your order and/or file a claim.

 

What if I do not agree with the policy ?

Once you place an order with us, you are agreeing to our policy.
